This week I have been thinking about how much I value myself.
When I think about it and the thoughts that I allow to go through my mind, I have found that my self-value is often negative.
Some of these thoughts include:
- I am not good enough
- I am an imposter
- I am stupid
- I am not as clever as other people
If you are like me, I doubt that you would say these things to your friends.
Personal development is the belief that you are worth the effort, time, and energy needed to develop yourself

This week I managed to change my mindset in an incredible way. I want to share this tip with you.
👉 Write down 100 things that you think are good about you.
You may want to use your smartphone or carry a notebook with you.
Depending on your self-worth you may find it hard to produce 10 items but keep working on the list throughout the week. Take as long as you need to get to 100.
For me, I originally produced a list of about 10 things, but this list has grown over the week to 40 things. More importantly, I have noticed a massive shift in my view on myself.
As I keep looking for good things to add to the list, my mind doesn't have the time to think about negative things. I have found that my confidence has increased.
Try this. I hope it helps.
